Based in Abbotsford, we’re an authorized dealer for JCB Agriculture, SILOKING, McCormick, KUHN, and TYM Tractors, as well as Western Canada’s authorized distributor for McHale.

As our dealership continues to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Person to join our sales team. This includes managing proposals, quotes, and cost-estimating implementation of equipment. You'll be rewarded for your performance through a commission-based compensation plan, providing additional earning opportunities as you grow your sales success. Job Duties:

• Develop and promote Matsqui Ag-Repair's products and services in a specified territory.

• Identify and acquire new customers from an assigned territory, and/or a set of names and prospects.

• Lead all aspects of the sales process including: proposals, quotes, and cost-estimating implementation of equipment.

• Build professional and long-lasting relationships with our customers.

• Record accurate records of leads and sales in our CRM.

• Actively follow up with customer proposals and quotations.

• Work closely with others in the business to achieve high levels of customer service.

 

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of sales experience in the heavy-equipment or related industry.

• Knowledge of the sales process.

• High-level of customer service.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:

• $50,000 base salary plus performance-based commission and manufacturer bonus programs, offering strong earning potential.

Experience:

• Heavy Equipment Sales: At least 2 years (preferred)
