Features
Four-Post Cab
The D-Max tractor is available both in cab and open platform configurations. The four-post cab provides excellent all round visibility and offers a comfortable driving position with air suspension seat, adjustable steering wheel, conveniently located controls, and air conditioning system. The opening roof hatch and six intense halogen lights make night-time jobs easier. The platform version features a two-post ROPS and can be equipped with a sun canopy.
Engine
The D-Max tractors are powered by Tier 3 FPT NEF 4-2V 4.5-litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged engines. The 115 model delivers 112 hp with a maximum torque of 510 Nm, while the 125 model has a power of 120 hp and a peak torque of 515 Nm. Both models are equipped with a 180-litre fuel tank, the largest in the 120 hp engine class, for many hours of continuous operation.
Transmission
The Speed Four transmission offers four synchronised gears and three ranges with synchro shuttle providing 12F/12R speeds. The XtraShift transmission with three-stage HML powershift offers 48F/16R speeds; it features an electrohydraulic power shuttle with response modulation and de-clutch function allowing for smooth, clutchless gear changes. The creeper enables speeds from 0.4 to 40 km/h.
Hydraulic System
The D-Max is available with either a closed-centre hydraulic system that supplies 110 + 38 l/min and operates up to four remote valves or an open-centre hydraulic system with 67 + 30 l/min flow rate and up to three remotes. A two-speed PTO provides 540/1000 or 540/540E rpm. A ground speed PTO is also available. The D-Max features a mechanical or electronic rear hitch that can lift up to 6000 kg.
